MyDocuments has now closed – new registrations now on MyBidfood

New registrations for MyDocuments are no longer available, as we are moving to our new and improved platform, MyBidfood.

MyBidfood allows you to:

• Search, view and download invoices, credit notes and PODs

• Access useful links including Bidfood Direct, latest trends and sector support

• Manage key account tasks in one convenient place

Existing MyDocuments users

MyDocuments is no longer accessible from 30th January 2026. You should have received a notification confirming that your account has been migrated to the new MyBidfood platform.
